This is just amazing. I was at my optician in Bangsar, both to repair as well as to replace some lenses. Had to wait ages to be attended to. Guess which of the following shops I went to?

I had been a client of Reliance Optics for a number of years now. Introduced to the shop by a good friend, Lynette, whom I understand buys almost a pair of glasses every month.
Anyway, I did not know how good their business is until I realised I had been waiting for a good half hour before I got to be attended to. Why did I bother to wait when I can have 100% attention given by the other shop only a couple of doors away? I guess because the other shop is not known to me, and that it is empty for some reason I am not ready to find out.
How unfair this world is!
