Too bad that I did not get to snap a photo of this woman. Malaysian Indian I guess. Her boyfriend/husband gave a curt nod and a smile as they walked into my shop.
How difficult it is to return a smile and say 'hello' when greeted? Especially when you walk into my shop? Really, I must ask these people not to come into my outlet if they do not have any manners. I guess these people do not deserve my paintings nor photographs.

Well...we all have our disappointments with people. I guess we can only show them respect as they are our clients but of course there are limits. The beauty of being an entrepreneur is that you can say "Next please" if some client is fussy and rude. Anyway, as a business you cannot satisfy everyone with your service and product and, as a result, don't expect to be satisfied by the manners of all your clients. Don't take it personal. show them you are better by being polite and friendly - they will eventually understand that they are the ones who get discredited for being rude.
